Pay a German/EU privacy lawyer for a short review once the flows are real. Accessibility is its own thing too. A checklist/tool can catch obvious issues, but don’t treat it like legal fairy dust.

The initial cost is just much higher and that's compound with that you want the company to be legal entity so you don't carry the risk personally, which further increases the starting price
