The customization on plans you mention is something I didn't realize was option until I emailed support, now I got 15 monitors on standard pricing but only 2 notification channels which is perfect for my setup. One thing I'd add is maybe telegram bot support for the free tier, right now I think only email is free and that can get buried. I run few small APIs for side projects and the AI analysis on pro helped me catch a weird timeout pattern I wasn't noticing in logs, that feature alone worth the upgrade for me.
